1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.

B. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
2. INVOCATION
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE AMERICAN FLAG.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE TEXAS FLAG.
"Honor the Texas flag; 1 pledge allegiance to thee, Texas one and indivisible."
4. TOWN COUNCIL TO OPEN JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION.
5. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO OPEN JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH
THE TOWN COUNCIL.
6. TOWN COUNCIL TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING JOINTLY WITH THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RELATIVE TO THE FOLLOWING:
A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-29 OF THE TOWN, THE SAME
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN BY
CHANGING THE ZONING ON A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND
DESCRIBED AS A 13.97 ACRE TRACT OF LAND FROM ITS
CURRENT ZONING OF COMMERCIAL -GENERAL TO PD PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT #21 FOR PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS AND RETAIL
USES; PROVIDING THAT SUCH TRACT OF LAND SHALL BE USED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER
APPLICABLE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; PROVIDING THAT THE
ZONING MAP SHALL REFLECT THE PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
#21 ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PROVIDING
A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH
OFFENSE AND A SEPARATE OFFENSE SHALL BE DEEMED
COMMITTED EACH DAY DURING OR ON WHICH A VIOLATION
OCCURS OR CONTINUES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
7. TOWN COUNCIL TO CLOSE THE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING AND/OR
CONTINUE TO A DATE CERTAIN.
8. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CLOSE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
AND/OR CONTINUE TO A DATE CERTAIN.

JOINT SESSION.

COMMISSION.
11. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO OPEN JOINT SESSION WITH THE
TOWN COUNCIL.
12. TOWN COUNCIL TO CONSIDER A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE P&Z AND TAKE
APPROPRIATE ACTION REGARDING:
A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-29 OF THE TOWN, THE SAME
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
