MEDLIN SURVEY, ABSTRACT NUMBER 829, IN THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING PART OF "TRACT 8A" CALLED 559.3807 ACRES CONVEYED TO BECK PROPERTIES TROPHY CLUB, L.P.
