EXISTING ZONING OF THE PROPERTY: This property was rezoned to CR – Commercial
Recreation in August, 2006.
ADJACENT ZONING/EXISTING LAND USES:
North: CR and R-12, both vacant, undeveloped land
South: CR, Trophy Club Country Club
East: R-12, Vacant, Undeveloped Land
West: GU, Trophy Club Municipal Utility District Wastewater Treatment Plant
STAFF COMMENTS: The Preliminary Plat was recommended for approval by the Planning
& Zoning Commission on January 18, 2007 and the Town Council approved the Preliminary Plat
on February 5, 2007. Final staff review and recommendation for approval of the Final Plat is
pending at the time of packet delivery but is anticipated to be given to the Commission at the
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. If a recommendation for approval cannot be given by
staff, the Commission will be asked to table this case until all plat and engineering requirements
have been met.
