Three of the four parcels are vacant land. One parcel has an occupied office building with parking lot. The parcels are divided into the following acreages: “PO” parcel wrapping around the south portion of the property from Trophy Club Drive to Indian Creek: approximately 13.0 acres of land. “PO” parcel at the corner of Trophy Club Drive and Indian Creek Drive: approximately 4.3 acres of land. “CR” parcel in the middle of the property: approximately 5.6 acres of land.
