The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
Club met in Regular Session on Thursday, May 21, 1992 at 7:00
P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District
Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The
meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to
the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
noting a quorum was present. He then welcomed the
Commissioners, staff and guests.
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER ACTION ON COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
Chairman Hamper, the Commissioners and Mr. Dan Boutwell
reviewed the changes in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan in
depth. The Commissioners stated the Comprehensive Land Use
Plan was ready for a joint public hearing with the Town
Council.

Commissioner Williams made a motion to approve the Minutes of
the Regular Meeting held May 7, 1992. Commissioner Kardish
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

DISCUSS AND CONSIDER NEW ZONING DISTRICTS
The Commissioners finalized the Neighborhood Services and
Professional Office Districts to be added to the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
A discussion was held with regard to Mobile/Modular Home
district and R-15 Residential District. These two districts
will be included in the joint public hearing.
Rezoning and updating the format of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance will begin at the next Planning and Zoning
workshop.
UPDATE ON CURRENT ACTIVITIES
Chairman Hamper mentioned the approval of the Town Council to
go forward with the Stormwater Management Study for the Town.
PRESENTATIONS OF ANY OTHER MATTERS
Chairman Hamper presented the request from the Parks and
Recreation Committee to establish a regional park linkage
site near the Marshall Creek Branch and Highway 114 on the
Comprehensive Land Use Map. A consensus of the Commission
felt this would be accomplished due to the fact there is
already a connection between park areas on the Comprehensive
Land Use Map.
A Planning and Zoning Workshop is scheduled for June 4, 1992
at the Municipal Utility Building.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, Commissioner Booker made a
motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:55 P.M. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
