a.Conduct a Public Hearing for a Request by Starwood Café for a Specific Use
Permit for Alcoholic Beverage Sales for On -premises consumption in
conjunction with a restaurant use, generally located approximately 345 feet
east of Trophy Club Drive and approximately 265 feet north of SH 114.
b.Discussion and recommendation regarding a Request by Starwood Café for
