Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Trophy Club Town Council may be in attendance at this meeting. The Town
Council will not deliberate or take any action.

AGENDA ITEM: Discussion with the Arts Council facilitator to establish objectives and goals for
FY 2026.
BACKGROUND/SUMMARY: The Arts Council approved the use of a facilitator for FY 2026 to
help guide discussions, establish objectives, and provide direction in setting and prioritizing
goals. The facilitator will create a structured environment that encourages participation,
ensures all perspectives are heard, and keeps the group focused on outcomes. By utilizing a
facilitator, the Arts Council can more effectively identify shared priorities, align resources, and
develop an actionable plan for the upcoming year.
BOARD REVIEW/CITIZEN FEEDBACK: At the August 14, 2025 meeting, the Arts Council
provided input to move forward with a facilitator for FY 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT: Facilitator fees will include a $200 hourly rate plus a $25 mileage fee. These
costs will be covered in the Hotel Occupancy Fund for FY 2026.
