ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND
POSTED THIS 14TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1989 AT 11:30 A.M.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
NOTICE, is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, will hold a public hearing at
7: 00 p.m. on the 17th day of February, 1989 , at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas .
At such time and place, the Board will hear and take
appropriate action on the Application for a variance to the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ("Applicant") regarding rear
building setback lines of the below described tract of land.
The Applicant has requested a variance from the following
provision of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 15I
to-wit:
R-Sections 10 and 11 Single Family District
Regulations :
Area Regulation E. Depth of rear yard, feet. . . .25
The Applicant has requested a reduction of the
depth of the rear yard to fourteen feet (14 ' ) .
Tract Description: Being Lot 1420, Section
11-Trophy Club, an addition to the Town of
Trophy Club filed October 14th , 1980 and
recorded in Volume B , Page 246 ,
Map Records, Denton County, Texas .
The heretofore described tract of land is more commonly
known as 558 Indian Creek Drive, Trophy Club, Texas .
All interested citizens of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Special invitation by written notice
is hereby extended to property owners lying within Two Hundred
Feet (200 ' ) of the property in question.
