OF ADJUSTMENTS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE WAS PREPARED AND POSTED THIS 26TH DAY OF
JANUARY, 1990.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
BEFORE THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
NOTICE, is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of
the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, will hold a public hearing at
7:00 p .m. on the 7th day of Febrmry , 1990, at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas .
At such time and place, the Board will hear and take
appropriate action on the Application for a variance to the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (the "Applicant") regarding rear
building setback lines of the below described tract of land.
The Applicant has requested a variance from the following
provision of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 151,
to-wit :
R-Sections 1 and 2 Single Family District
Regulations :
F. Area Regulation- Depth of rear yard, feet
(Golf Course Lot) 25
The Applicant has requested a reduction of the depth of the rear
yard to eight feet (8 ' ) .
Tract Descrit_on: Being Lot 134, Section 2-
Trophy Club, an addition to the Town of Trophy
Club filed March 24, 1975 and recorded in Volume
11, Page 33 , Plat Records, Denton County, Texas .
The heretofore described tract of land is more commonly
known as 123 Carnoustie, Drive, Trophy Club, Texas .
All interested citizens of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Special invitation by written notice is hereby
extended to property owners lying within Two -Hundred Feet
(200 ' ) of the property in question.
