OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB
NOTICE, is hereby given that the Board of Adjustments of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on the _ _ _ _
5TH day of September, 1990 at the Municipal Utility District
Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
At such time and place, the Board will hear and take appronriate_action
on the Application for a variance to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
(the "Applicant") regarding front building setback lines of the below _
- described tract of land.-,Ginger SOardis has requested a variance from the -
following provision of the-Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance - Section 15G,
to-wit:
R-Section 8 Single Family District Regulations:
F. Area Regulations - Depth of front yard, Feet 20
The Applicant has requested a reduction of the depth of the front yard`
to fourteen feet (14' ) .
Tract Description: Being Lot 667 Section 8 Trophy Club, an addition--
to the Town of Trophy Club filed October 3rd, 1977 and recorded in - -

-- Volume 15 Page 12, Plat Records, Denton County, Texas.
The heretofore described tract of land is more commonly known as 101
Creek Courts Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
All interested citizens of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas are invited __ _
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Special invitation
by written notice is hereby extended to property owners lying within Two Hundred
Feet (200' ) of the property in question.
