ZONING BOARD 'OF ADJUSTMENTS
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF DENTON
The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on Tuesday, April 26th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at
the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the
Public.

Absent was Member Julia Luellen.
Also present were members of the Town Staff:

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Gene Hill called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. noting that all
members were present, except Julia Luellen.
INTRODUCTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS BY MAYOR CARTER
Mayor Carter was present to introduce the new committee members of the Zoning
Board of Adjustments.
Mayor Carter asked the Committee Members to stand and give a brief introduction
and statement about themselves. Mayor Carter introduced John Hill and Jill
Fiasconaro, as members of the Town Staff, and explained that Mr. Hill and Ms.
Fiasconaro would be helping with any clerical or legal information theihCommjttee
might need.
