The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on Monday, May 2nd, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Absent was Alternate George Knowles.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Gene Hill called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. noting that a quorum
was present.
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO REVIEW AND DISCUSS RULES OF PROCEDURES
Discussion ensued. The Board agreed to have Adrian Leonard with Hutchison, Price,
Boyle and Brooks legal firm redraft Rules of Procedures for the Board of Adjustments
to review at the next scheduled meeting on May 12th,1988. No action was taken.
ADJOURN
Member Diane Prator made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member Pete Reincke
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
