The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club met in
Special Session on Wednesday, October 12th, 1988 at 7 : 00 P.M. The
meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100
Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas . The meeting was held within the
Town boundaries and was open to the Public.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hill called the meeting to order at 7: 35 P .M.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM

Declaration of quorum with four (4) members present .
BOARD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE FINAL DRAFT OF RULES OF PROCEDURES
Member Luellen made a motion to adopt the Rules of Procedure as
amended. Member Prator seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
BOARD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE TIMETABLE FOR PROCEDURE
With no questions on the Timetable Chart for Procedures, the chart
was approved unanimously.

No Discussion.
ADJOURN
Member Knowles made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member Luellen
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
