The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club
met in Regular Session on Wednesday, March 1st , 1989 at 7:00
P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District
Building , 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club , Texas. The
Regular Meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was
open to the Public .
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman, Gene Hill , called the meeting to order at 7: 10 P.M.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM
Gene Hill Chairman Present
John Arnott Co-Chairman Absent
Julia Luellen Member Present
Rick Gilliland Member Present
Diane Prator Member Present
Declaration of quorum with four (4) members present .
BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD
FEBRUARY 17TH, 1989
Member Gilliland made a motion to approve the Minutes as
written. Member Luellen seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION OF
VARIANCE HEARING HELD FEBRUARY 17TH, 1989
Member Prator made a motion to approve the Draft of Findings
and Conclusion with an amendment to add : comply with the Deed
Restriction set back requirements. Member Gilliland seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURN
Member Luellen made a motion to adjourn the meeting . Member
Gilliland seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
