The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on Thursday, March 1st, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at
the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the -
Public.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Luellen called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.

Declaration of quorum with 4 regular members present.
BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION OF VARIANCE HEARING HELD
FEBRUARY 7TH, 1990
Co-Chairman Arnott made a motion to approve the Findings and Conclusion for the
variance hearing on February 7th, 1990 as written. ,Member Gilliland seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING HELD FEBRUARY 7TH, 1990
Member Gilliland made a motion to approve the Minutes of the Public Hearing held
on February 7th, 1990 as written. Member Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.

None.
ADJOURN
Co-Chairman Arnott made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member Gilliland seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
