The Zoning Board of Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club
met for a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 5th, 1990 at
7 : 00 P .M. The •Public Hearing was held at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas . The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and
was open to the Public .
CALL ,TO ORDER
Chairman Luellen called the meeting to order at 7 : 00 P .M.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM

George Knowles Alternate Present

Declaration of quorum with five members present.
Also present were:
Jill Moran Planning and Zoning Administrator
Ginger Scardis Applicant
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO CONSIDER A VARIANCE REQUEST TO
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING FRONT SETBACK
LINES ON LOT 667, SECTION 8 , 101 CREEK COURTS DRIVE . THE
APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED A VARIANCE TO THE FOLLOWING
PROVISIONS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE-SECTION 15G,
TO WIT:
R-SECTION 8 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT REGULATIONS:
F. AREA REGULATIONS . - DEPTH OF FRONT YARD, FEET 20
THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED A REDUCTION OF THE DEPTH OF THE
FRONT YARD TO FOURTEEN FEET ( 14 ' ) .

Member Knowles made a motion to approve the variance as
requested. Member Gilliland seconded the motion.

Motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
The Board discussed and decided to hold a Special Meeting on
September 11th, 1990 at 6 :45 P .M. to consider approving the
Findings and Conclusion of this meeting.
ADJOURN
Member Knowles 'made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Member
Gilliland seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
