The Zoning Board of =Adjustments for the Town of Trophy Club
met in Special ' Session on Tuesday, September 11th, 1990 at
6 :45 P .M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas .
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open
to the Public .
CALL TO ORDER. -
Chairman Luellen called the meeting to order at 6 : 47 P.M.

BOARD TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION OF
VARIANCE HEARING HELD SEPTEMBER 5th, 1990
Discussion ensued. Member Knowles made a motion to approve
the Findings and Conclusion, as amended, for the variance
hearing held September 5th, 1990 . Member Reincke seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
