Order NO. ZBA98-01 ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB
ORDER NO. ZBA98-01
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on the 1st day of June,
1998, to consider the application of Lance and Michelle White (the "Applicant"), which seeks
a variance from Section 15-I of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance which requires that
attached garages shall not face any public dedicated right-of-way or golf course.
WHEREAS, the application seeks a variance from Section 15-I which requires that
attached garages shall not face any public dedicated right-of-way or golf course, on property
located on Lot 95, Lake Forest Village, an addition to the Town of Trophy Club, Denton
County, Texas, more commonly known as 5 Lake Forest Court, and as more specifically
described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
WHEREAS, after due consideration and discussion it appears that the granting of such
a variance would not cause adverse effect on the surrounding properties, would not be contrary
to the public interest and, due to special conditions, a literal enforcement would result in
unnecessary hardship, and so that the spirit of the ordinance is observed and substantial justice
is done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all of the above premises are found and determined to be true and _
correct and are incorporated into the body of this Order as if copied in their entirety.

Section 2. That the request of the Applicant for this Board to grant a variance from
the provisions of Section 15-I of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is
hereby granted.
Section 3. That this Order was passed by a vote of four (4) ayes and no (0) nays of
the Board of Adjustment and is effective as of the 1st day of June, 1998.
