Chairperson Eason called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. and noted a quorum.

Work Session Minutes.

Motion: Member Steinmetz motioned for approval.
Seconded by: Bahamon seconded.
Vote: All in favor — Motion passed unanimously. (5-0). 2 members absent
1. Agenda Item: Discuss action items from March 26', 2.026.0 Trophy Club Council for Arts and Culture
Meeting.
The council finalized plans to redesign its infographic to match the appearance of the council's banner
sign, including a larger QR code, website under graphic design, and fix bolding. The newly reordered sign
was approved. Upcoming community engagement efforts will focus on events such as the Harvest Festival
and Winter Wonder Lights, where council members will promote the Arts Council's mission, discuss
Initiative 1:1. and encourage participation in the arts survey. Plans for the July 4th event were canceled
due to staffing limitations, though ideas for future family -friendly activities were explored. The council
also approved moving forward with a partnership proposai TrOm the UT A Urban Studies program to
support historical preservation community identity and lonec art planning. The yearlong

$10,000 project, funded through the Arts Council's HOT fund allocation, will include research, mapping,
storytelling materials, signage templates, oral history collection), and recommendations for future
preservation efforts. Additional discussion included planning for future arts initiatives., scheduling the next
meeting in coordination with the UTA kickoff meeting, and postponing decisions regarding the placement
of donated artwork until a future agenda.

of new policies and programs related to Initiative 2 that the Arts Council would like to explore.
