individuals to serve on the Trophy Club Council for Arts and Culture as specified below:

SECTION 11. Pursuant to Section 3.15.002 of the Town of Trophy Club Code of
Ordinances, the members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall also serve as members of the
Building Standards Commission. The Town Council hereby appoints the duly appointed Chair of
the Zoning Board of Adjustment to serve as Chair of the Building Standards Commission.
SECTION 12. This resolution shall become effective upon its passage.
