The Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met on Friday, August 2, 2013. The
meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

Mayor Whiteannounced the date of August2, 2013, called theMeetingto order and announced
a quorum at1:02p.m.
The invocation was offered by Fire Chief Danny Thomas.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flags were led by Public Information
Officer/Marketing Manager April Reiling.

Town ManagerMikeSlye presented a PowerPoint presentation to Council
regarding the above items.
