RESOLUTION NO. 2014-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, REPEALING RESOLUTION 2014-08
APPOINTING CITIZENS TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER TWO, TOWN
OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS (THE "ZONE") AND DESIGNATING
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE DIRECTORS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 21, 2014, the Town Council adopted Resolution No. 2014-
08 appointing persons to serve on the Board of Directors of Tax Increment
Reinvestment Zone Number Two, Town of Trophy Club, Texas (the "Zone"); and
WHEREAS, on November 25, 2014, the Town Council adopted Ordinance No.
2014-38 abolishing the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, Town of
Trophy Club, Texas; and
WHEREAS, because the Town Council has abolished the Zone, it is necessary
to repeal Resolution No. 2014-08 appointing persons to serve on the Board of Directors
of the Zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct and are
incorporated herein as if written word for word.
Section 2. That Resolution 2014-08 appointing persons to serve on Tax
Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, Town of Trophy Club, Texas is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, on this 25`h day of November, 2014.
