The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
February 10th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:02 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding accounting for ambulance accounts
receivable.
Board members reviewed the outstanding amounts of ambulance receivables and recommended to Town
Council a write-off of ambulance accounts over three years old. The motion carried unanimously.
2. Discussion of future agenda items.
The board discussed possible future agenda items and is looking for direction on future projects from the
Town Council.
3. Discussion of future meeting dates.
The board discussed future meeting dates and believes Monday is the best day to meet.

Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
