The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
March 10th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:04 p.m.
1. Update on ambulance receivables and collections
Currently the Town does not have a contract with a collections agency regarding collection of past -due,
out -of -district ambulance receivables; the board recommends that the Town contract with GVT, a
company that subcontracts with Intermedix, the Towns ambulance billing company. to collect past -due,
out -of -district ambulance fees.
2. Review and update, if necessary, Town Procurement Policy, Town Travel and Training Policy.
The board has reviewed the Town Travel and Training Policy and recommends Town Council adopt it
with one change which is that when traveling in groups the department head, manager, or most senior
member of the traveling group may use their purchasing card to pay for the meal or meals of the entire
group.
The board reviewed the Purchasing Policy and recommends that it be changed so that it aligns with the
Travel and Training Policy. The motion passed unanimously.
