The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
June 9th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:07 p.m.
1. Review and discuss prior year budgets and financial statements of Trophy Club Park.
The board reviewed and asked questions regarding the budgets and financial statements of Trophy Club
Park since the park opened in Fiscal Year 2002-2003.
2. Review and discuss Trophy Club Park Masterplan.
The members of CFAB were given a detailed overview and asked questions regarding the Trophy Club
Park Masterplan by Parks and Recreation Director Adam Adams.
Action Items for Future Agendas
• Vacant board seat interviews
• Track time reporting versus calls for service by Police and Fire
• Discussion of park classification as an enterprise fund versus a governmental fund
