The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
July 7th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:02 p.m.
1. Interview applicants for the vacant board position and, if necessary, take action to recommend
an applicant for Town Council approval for a term that expires in September 2016.
The board interviewed two applicants for the vacant board seat and took action to postpone the
appointment until they could interview an applicant who was unable to attend the meeting.
2. Reviewed and discussed public safety calls for Trophy Club Park.
Parks and Recreation Director Adam Adams provided the board the number of public safety calls to
Trophy Club Park. He also answered questions and provided the board with the number of police patrols
of the park that were not the result of a call for service.
3. Discuss Trophy Club Park's classification as an enterprise fund.
Finance Director Steven Glickman provided the board with an overview of the reasoning behind
classifying Trophy Club Park as an enterprise fund and answered any applicable questions.
