CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Mike Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:03 p.m.
Discuss additional data needed to make recommendation on economic viability
of Trophy Club Park.
President Mike Buck tabled this item for a future agenda.
2. Considered and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated July 11th,
2013, October 14th, 2013, November 25th, 2013, February 10th, 2014, March
10th, 2014, May 12th, 2014, June 9th, 2014, and July 7th, 2014
Neil Justice moved to approve the Minutes as presented. Kathy Carlton seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Interviewed applicants for three vacant board seats expiring September 30th,
2017, and took action as necessary.
Kathy Carlton moved to recommend Roger Williams, Shawn Pingel, & Connie Edwards
for Town Council consideration. Alex Palazzolo seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
Kathy Carlton amended the prior motion to include Lou Opipare as an alternate if any of
the previous three should decline. Neil Justice seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.

Kathy Carlton motioned to adjourn. Neil Justice seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
