The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday, October
30th, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

A quorum of Trophy Club Park was present
President Mike Buck called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding a recommendation to the Town Council
related to Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) options:
Roger Williams motioned to recommend to Town council an annuity increase (Cost of living
Adjustment) at 30% on a non -repeating basis. Kathy Carlton seconded the motion. The motion
went to a vote with Roger Williams and Alex Palazzolo in favor and Mike Buck, Kathy Carlton,
and Connie Edwards against. Motion failed 2:3.
Mike Buck motioned to recommend to Town Council to keep the 2:17% match with an annuity
increase (Cost of living adjustment) at 50% on a non -repeating basis to be reviewed by Town
Council yearly. Kathy Carlton seconded the mention. The motion went to a vote with Roger
Williams and Alex Palazzolo against and Mike Buck, Kathy Carlton, and Connie Edwards in favor.
Motion passed 3:2.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated October 6`h, 2014:
Connie Edwards motioned to approve the Minutes dated October 6th, 2014, Mike Buck
seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous in favor of approval of the Minutes.
3. Interview applicant for the vacant board position and, take action to recommend two
applicants for Town Council approval for terms that expires September 2016:
Mike Buck motioned to recommend to Town Council that Neil Justice and Robert Hillman fill the
two CFAB vacancies, Roger Williams seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous.
4. Presentation By Joseph Walker PhD about Trophy Club Park:
Joseph Walker made a presentation to CFAB over the use -study he completed for Trophy Club
Park. He felt the viability of Trophy Club Park is strong and there are many different
opportunities and uses that could be significant revenue generators for the Town.
5. Discuss items for future Agenda:
The Board would like to revisit the Park's financials and the Board requested to have a
representative for Trophy Club Park.
6. Set next meeting date:
December 1, 2014
ADJOURN
Connie Edwards made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Roger Williams. Motion approved
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:51 p.m.
