The Citizens Financial Advisory Board (CFAB) of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
January 12, 2015. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

Adam Adams- Parks Director
Tony Jaramillo — Parks Superintendent

Vice President Kathy Carlton called the meeting to order at 6:14 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated December 1, 2014:
Ralph Reed motioned to approve the Minutes dated December 1, 2014, Neil Justice seconded
the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
2. Discuss and provide direction concerning Request For proposal for Parks service:
Adam Adams walled the board through the RFP packet. Roger Williams made the motion to
form a three member sub -committee to formulate the cost of the provision of Parks services to
be used as a comparative to the RFP, and the risk associated with the contracting out of Parks
services.
3. Discuss items for future agendas.
The committee will analyze and make comments and corrections to the RFP and will take action
on a recommendation at the next meeting.
4. Set Next Meeting date
The next meeting is set for January 26, 2015 at 6:00 P.M.
ADJOURN
Neil Justice made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Ralph Reed. Motion approved
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
