The Citizens Financial Advisory Board (CFAB) of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
January 26, 2015. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

STAFF AND GUEST(S) PRESENT:
John Zagurski — Budget Analyst
Adam Adams- Parks Director
President Mike Buck called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated January 26, 2015:
Robert Hillman motioned to approve the Minutes dated December 1, 2014, Ralph Reed
seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding Request For Proposal for Parks service:
Roger Williams made a motion to recommend to council to approve the Request for Proposal
for Parks services and that council needs to consider the risk associated with the 60 day out
period in the contract. Ralph Reed seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor of
the motion
3. Discuss items for future agendas.
This item was tabled to give the Town Council time to make recommendations on CFAB's future
projects.
4. Set Next Meeting date
The next meeting is set for February 23, 2015 at 6:00 P.M.
ADJOURN
Neil Justice made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Ralph Reed. Motion approved
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
