The Citizens Financial Advisory Board (CFAB) of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
March 09, 2015. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

President Mike Buck called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated January 26, 2015:
Ralph Reed motioned to approve the Minutes dated January 26, 2015, Roger Williams seconded
the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
2. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the projects assigned by Town Council:
Mike Buck made a motion to break into three subcommittees to deal with the host of projects
that were assigned to CFAB by council. The first subcommittee was tasked with looking at the
lease agreement with the Corps of Engineers; this subcommittee is comprised of Neil Justice and
Kathy Carlton. The second subcommittee is tasked with examining the Trophy Club Park
reimbursement allocation to the Town along with potential grant funding; this subcommittee is
comprised of Ralph Reed and Roger Williams. The final subcommittee is tasked at drafting a
vehicle replacement policy based on numeric criteria; this subcommittee is comprised of Robert
Hillman, Connie Edwards, and Mike Buck.

The board tasked the staff liaison John Zagurski with bringing forth recommended changes to
the Procurement Policy and a draft of the Popular Annual Financial Report for the Town in the
next meeting.
3. Discuss items for future agendas.
At the next meeting the sub -committees are to bring back and share their findings with the
boards. The board will examine the recommended changes to the Procurement Policy and
provide feedback on the draft of the Popular Annual Financial Report.
4. Set Next Meeting date
The next meeting is set for April 13, 2015 at 6:00 P.M.
ADJOURN
Roger Williams made a motion to adjourn. Motion seconded by Kathy Carlton. Motion approved
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
