The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in Regular Session on
Friday, February 10, 2012. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

President Buck announced the date of February 10, 2012, called the meeting to order and announced a
quorum at 4:02 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has
policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
No citizen presentations were made.
REGULAR SESSION
Consider and take appropriate action regarding sales tax funded organizational structure
options and appropriate sales tax allocation models.
Board discussed sales tax funded organizational structure options and sales tax allocation models.
Discussion only, no action taken.
Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Minutes dated:
a. January 20, 2012
b. January 27, 2012
Motion made by Director Bob Hill, seconded by Director Jim Hase to approve the Minutes dated January
20, 2012 and January 27, 2012 as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Board Comments and Discussion.
Director Kathy Carlton has asked staff to research and prepare appropriate items for the removal of
Director Amanda McGough from the Board. Also, board requests staff to research the process of adding
fifth member to committee.

The Board set March 2, 2012 at 4:OO.p.m. as the next meeting date.
