The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in Regular Session on
Friday, March 2, 2012. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

President Buck announced the date of March 2, 2012, called the meeting to order and announced a
quorum at 4:15 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has
policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
No citizen presentations were made
REGULAR SESSION
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding sales tax funded organizational structure
options and appropriate sales tax allocation models.
The Board discussed the following as proposed Ballot language — minimize amount of items on the ballot,
CCPD must be its own item, make recommendation to council, 1 ballot item to increase EDC4B to '/4
penny, remove EDC4A, 2 ballot item to create CCPD for'/4 penny.
Discussion only, no action taken
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the absences of Director Amanda McGough.
Motion made by Director Jim Hase, seconded by Director Bob Hill, to not excuse Director McGough's
absences and remove her from the Board. Motion carried unanimously.

4. Set next meeting date.
