CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A OUORUM1.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:02 p.m.
1. Review applications for new board members, and vote on President Buck's reappointment
and officers.
Board Ii1ernbers discussed the application of a potential board member who -was unable to attend tiiC
meeting. The board voted 3-0 to reappoint Mike Buck and voted 3-0 to meet with the applicant at the
next meeting. The board then voted 3-0 to reappoint Mike Buck as president and 3-0 to appoint Kathy

2. Discuss comprehensive debt management plan and revision of the Town's procurement
policy.
