The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Monday,
November 25th, 2013. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

Sarah Card — CFAB Applicant
Alex Palazzolo — CFAB Applicant
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:02 p.m
1. Interview applicants for vacant Board seat; consider and take appropriate action regarding
recommendations to Town Council to fill Board seat.
Board members interviewed both applicants and voted unanimously to appoint Alex Palazzolo to the
Citizens Financial Advisory Board. The board made a motion to appoint Sarah Card if Alex Palazzolo did
not accept the position.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Comprehensive Debt Management Policy
and take appropriate action on a recommendation of the policy to Town Council.
The board received Comprehensive Debt Management Policy and reviewed it. Board Member Jim Hase
motioned to recommend to Council to approve the debt management policy, and Vice President Kathy
Carlton seconded the motion. The motion carried 4 — 0.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding revisions to the current Town Procurement
Policy as authorized by state procurement laws. Take appropriate action on a
recommendation of the revisions to Town Council.
The board received the revised Town Procurement Policy and reviewed it. Vice President Kathy Carlton
motioned to recommend to council to approve the Town Procurement Policy, and Board Member Jim
Hase seconded the motion. The motion carried 3 — 1.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
