The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on Thursday,
July 11, 2013. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:09 p.m.
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding Citizen Finance Advisory Board Minutes dated
June 5, 2013.
Motion to approve minutes dated June 5, 2013 approved unanimously.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding recommended Budget Practices; discussion
of the same.
Finance Director Aguilera presented a summary level overview of the Town's budgeting process;
discussion of the same. Reading assignments in the Recommended Budget Practices manual by the
Government Finance Officers Association were made as follows: President Buck & Board Member
Carlton — Principle 1; Board Members Hase and Justice — Principle 2. Next meeting to take place on
Thursday, August 15th at 6 p.m. in the Public Services Building Conference Room.
ADJOURN
Board Member Hase made a motion to adjourn
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
