The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met on Friday, June 21,
2013. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chairman Timothy Gamache called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 7:00 p.m.
1. A Public Hearing was held to consider the FY 2013-14 proposed annual Budget for the Trophy
Club Crime Control and Prevention District.
Chairman Timothy Gamache called for a motion to open the Public Hearing to consider the FY
2013-14 proposed Annual Budget for the Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention District; so
moved by Board Member Adam Broyles and seconded by Board Member Paul Glowacki. No
members of the public were present to speak for or against this item; therefore, Chairman Timothy
Gamache called for a motion to close the Public Hearing; so moved by Board Member Adam
Broyles and seconded by Board Member Paul Glowacki. Motion approved by a vote of 5-0.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention
District Board Minutes dated June 17, 2013.
Chairman Timothy Gamache called for a review of the Minutes of the June 17, 2013 meeting of the
Crime Control and Prevention District; the Minutes were reviewed and a motion was made to
accept the Minutes, as presented, by Board Member Paul Glowacki; motion seconded by Board
Member Adam Broyles. Motion approved by a vote of 5-0.
3. Consider and act upon adopting the FY 2013-14 Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention
District Budget.
Following additional discussion and review of the FY 2013-14 Trophy Club Crime Control and
Prevention District Budget, Board Member J.J. Isherwood made a motion to approve and adopt the
FY 2012-14 Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention District Budget for submission to Trophy
Club Town Council on July 15, 2013; motion seconded by Board Member Paul Glowacki. Motion
approved by a vote of 5-0.
ADJOURN
Board Member Adam Broyles made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.; motion seconded by
Vice Chairman Dena Boudreau. Motion approved by a vote of 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
