The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session on Wednesday, January 9, 2013.
The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to
the public.

Present: 4 - Board Member Paul Glowacki, Board Member Dena Boudreau, Board
Member Timothy Gamache, and Board Member Adam Broyles
Absent: 3 - Board Member Christopher Davis, Board Member JJ Isherwood, and
Board Member Brent Card

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chair Boudreau called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 7:04 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
No citizens addressed the Board.
REGULAR SESSION
2013-05-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the December 19, 2012 Minutes.
Motion made by Board member Gamache, seconded by Board member
Glowacki, to approve the December 19, 2013 minutes as presented. Motion
carried unanimously.

2. 2013-06-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Draft Budget Plan and Crime Control
Plan.
The Board began its preliminary discussion and review of the Draft Budget Plan and
Crime Control Plan, including replacing the word "city" with "town" throughout the
document and priorities of the Department.
The Board took two short breaks during this discussion.
Chief Kniffen stated he will revise the plan with the changes made this evening
including better funding figures and prioritize the action steps and send to the Board
for review and discussion at the next meeting.
The Board made their review through the action steps and stopped at
BACKGROUND.
3. 2013-07-T Set next meeting date and board comments on future agenda items.

The Board set the following meetings:
Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Department Training Room
Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Department Training Room
Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
Motion made by Board member Glowacki, seconded by Board member Broyles, to
adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 9:29 p.m.
