The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session on Wednesday, January 23, 2013.
The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to
the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chair Boudreau called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 7:10 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
No citizens addressed the Commission.
REGULAR SESSION
1. 2013-45-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the January 9, 2013 Minutes
Motion made by Board member Glowacki, seconded by Board member
Gamache, to approve the January 9, 2013 minutes as presented. Motion
carried unanimously.

2. 2013-46-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding changes to the Draft Budget Plan and
Draft Crime Control Plan
The Board requested a copy of the plan with changes noted. Board discussed
individual one-time expenditures and recommended changes.
Board took a short break and resumed at 8:19 p.m.
3. 2013-47-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Draft Presentation for Public
Hearing
Board reviewed Draft Presentation for the February 20, 2013 Public Hearing.
4. 2013-48-T Set next meeting date and board comments on future agenda items
The Board agreed to meet:
Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Department Training Room
Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
Board adjourned at 8:58; prior to the tour of the Police Department Building.
