The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to
the public.

Present: 5 - Board Member Dena Boudreau, Board Member JJ Isherwood, Board
Member Timothy Gamache, Board Member Adam Broyles, and Board
Member Brent Card
Absent: 2 - Board Member Paul Glowacki, and Board Member Christopher Davis

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chair Boudreau called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 7:04 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
No citizens addressed the Commission.
REGULAR SESSION
2013-66-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the January 23, 2013 Minutes
Motion made by Board member Gamache, seconded by Board member
Isherwood, to approve the January 23, 2013 minutes as presented. Motion
carried unanimously. The motion carried by the following vote.
Aye: 5 - Board Member Boudreau, Board Member Isherwood, Board Member
Gamache, Board Member Broyles, and Board Member Card

2. 2013-67-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding Draft Budget Plan and Crime Control
Plan
Chief Kniffen advised the Board that NISD will not be putting forward additional
funding for additional SROs at this time. Chief Kniffen stated the funding for the
additional SROs may be reallocated; Chief Kniffen proposed an option of metal
awnings to cover the patrol cars to help protect the equipment inside the cars. The
Board also discussed the option of leaving the SRO funding in the budget just in case
the need arises.
The consensus of the Board was to leave the feasibility study, the 3rd SRO position
at zero and add an awning.
3. 2013-68-T Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Draft Presentation for Public
Hearing
Board member Gamache explained the changes made to the presentation. The
Board went through the complete presentation and discussed changes.

The Board agreed to meet.
Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
Monday, February 25, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. for a Joint Meeting with the Town Council
Motion made by Board member Broyles, seconded by Board member Gamache, to
adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
