The Crime Control and Prevention District Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on Tuesday,July 5, 2016. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Board Member J.J. Isherwood called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 7:00 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has
policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
No citizens addressed the Board.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention
District Board Minutes for June 22, 2016.
Board Member J.J. Isherwood called for a review of the minutes of the June 22, 2016 Meeting of
the Crime Control and Prevention District. The minutes were reviewed and a motion was made
by Lou Opipare to accept [or table] the June 22, 2016 minutes as presented. Motion seconded
by Board Member Thomas McLain.
Motion approved by a vote of 5-0.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the Crime Control and Prevention District
Board budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
Board Member J.J. Isherwood explained no vehicles would be funded and the budget reflected
the debt services. He confirmed that the acting Chief for the meeting, Lieutenant Shields, was in
agreement with all items in the budget and she was. Tom Class made a motion to approve. Lou
Opipare seconded the motion.
Motion approved by a vote of 5-0.
ADJOURN
Board Member Richard Savage made a motion to adjourn at 7:05 p.m. Motion seconded by Board
Member Lou Opipare. Meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
