The Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular Session on
Monday, April 24, 2017. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the public.

President Wilson announced the date of Monday, April 24, 2017, called the EDC46 Board to order and announced
a quorum at 7:00 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the Board has policy or
oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other policy order.
There were no Citizen Presentations made.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the November 14, 2016 Meeting Minutes.
Motion:
Motion made by Director Brod, seconded by Director Bone, to approve the November 14, 2016 meeting minutes
as presented.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the January 23, 2017 Meeting Minutes.
3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the November 2016 Financials.
4. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the December 2016 Financials.
S. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the January 2017 Financials.
6. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the February 2017 Financials.
Motion:
Motion made by Director Bone, seconded by Director Jensen, to approve items 2 through 6 as presented.
Motion passed unanimously.
7. Review and provide direction to Staff regarding the Trophy Wood District Request for Proposal.
Budget Manager John Zagurski presented the Board with the draft Proposal. The Directors gave Staff a few
changes. The Board then discussed possible deadlines for submittals.
The consensus of the Board was to have the deadline of Friday, June 16 and see what submittals they receive and
decide closer to the deadline if they need to extend the deadline.
8. Development Updates:
• HG Sply
Town Planner Lisa Reich updated the Board and addressed questions; no action was taken.
9. Town Manager Updates:
• Annual Volunteer Reception - Friday, May 19, 2017
Town Manager Class invited the Directors to the Annual Volunteer Reception and updated the Board that the
event date has changed to Friday, June 2, 2017.
No action was taken on this item.

Motion made by Director Bone, seconded by Director Brod, to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
Motion passed unanimously.
