CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Chairman Senelly called the September 18, 2014, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
and announced a quorum present (6 members).
REGULAR SESSION
1. Discussion and Recommendation regarding a request for approval of a Temporary Use Permit — Ch. 13 —
Section 5.01, of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow a Model Home Parking Lot, located at
347 Tenison TO.
Chairman Senelly asked for a motion.
Motion made by Commissioner LuAnne Oldham, seconded by Commissioner Vowell, to approve motion as
presented. Motion passed unanimously.
2. Discussion and Recommendation of applicants for fill three (3) expiring terms on the Planning and
Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club.

Chairman Senelly asked for a motion.
Motion made by Commissioner Oldham, seconded by Commissioner Mills, to recommend Jon Mills, Susan Ross,
and Dennis Sheridan to fill three (3) expiring terms on the planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
Club.
AYE: 4 - Commissioner Mills, Commissioner Oldham, Chairman Senelly, Commissioner Vowell
ABSTAIN: 2 - Commissioner Card, Commissioner Sheridan
3. Future Agenda Items and questions or discussion of current and future items.
Future agenda items:
• Homewood Suites
• Temporary Use permit, Baylor, trailer
ADJOURN
Motion made by Commissioner Sheridan, seconded by Commissioner Card, to adjourn. Motion carried
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
