CLUB Planning & Zoning Commission

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Vice Chairman Pipkins called the September 6, 2018 Planning &Zoning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m.
and announced a quorum.
Commissioners Present:

Commissioner Michael Biggs
Commissioner Mike Branum
Commissioners Absent:
Chairman Dennis Sheridan (excused)
Commissioner Jacob Gibson (excused)

CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed four(4)minutes to address the Commission regarding an item over
which the Commission has policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the
ethics order, or other policy order.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked if there were any public requests to speak. No public requests were submitted.
REGULAR SESSION
2018-429-T Case AP-18-001 (Section 11, Lots 1364R and 1365R)
Discussion and recommendation regarding a request for approval of an amended plat
Trophy Club, Section 11, Lots 1364R and 1365R, located south of Meadowbrook
and approximately 85 feet west of Rockwood Drive.
Applicant was not present or available for questions.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for the staff report which was presented by Lisa Payne, Town
Planner.
The Commission discussed rationale for replatting and discussed trees in the area of the
proposed replat.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for a motion.
Commissioner Beach moved that the Commission accept staff recommendations and
recommend approval.
Commissioner Blake seconded.
Vice Chairman Pipkins called for a vote. The motion was approved unanimously.
2018-430-T Review and approve the minutes of the August 13,2018 Planning&Zoning
Commission meeting.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for questions or corrections. There were none. Vice
Chairman Pipkins noted that the person signing the final minutes tonight will be Vice
Chairman Pipkins rather than Chairman Sheridan as shown in the packet.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for a motion. Commissioner Biggs moved to approve the August 13,
2018 minutes as written, which was seconded by Commissioner Beach.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for a vote. The motion was approved unanimously.
2018-431-T Town Planner Updates; update on previous cases heard by the Commission;
Discussion on current Town development issues and development codes.
Staff updates were given by Lisa Payne, Town Planner.
ADJOURN
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for a motion. Commissioner Beach moved to adjourn, seconded by
Commissioner Blake.
Vice Chairman Pipkins asked for a vote. Motion was approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
