Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over
which the Board has policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law , the ethics
order, or other policy order.

1.2013-770-T Interview applicants for vacant Board seat; consider and take appropriate action
regarding recommendations to Town Council to fill Board seat .
2.2013-771-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding revisions to the current Town
Procurement Policy as authorized by state procurement laws. Take appropriate action
on a recommendation of the revisions to Town Council .
