CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over
which the Board has policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics
order, or other policy order.
REGULAR SESSION
1.2013-654-T Interview applicants for vacant and expiring Board seats; consider and take appropriate
action regarding recommendations to Town Council to fill Board seats.
2.2013-656-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding Board Interviews for vacant and
expiring seats; discussion of same.
3.2013-652-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding the election of the following CFAB
Officers:
a. Chairperson
b. Vice-Chairperson
4.2013-655-T Discussion regarding the development of a Comprehensive Debt Management Policy.
5.2013-653-T Review and discussion regarding the current Town Procurement Policy; consider
potential revisions to the Policy as authorized by state procurement laws.
