The Citizens Financial Advisory Board of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a meeting on
Wednesday, June 5, 2013. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open to the
public.

Mike Buck - President
Kathy Carlton – Board Member
Jim Hase – Board Member
STAFF AND GUEST(S) PRESENT:
Bill Rose – Council Member
Greg Lamont – Council Member
Mike Slye – Town Manager
Michael Aguilera - Finance Director
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Buck called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:18 p.m .
1. Budget review and update, discussion of the same.
Finance Director Aguilera and Town Manager Slye presented an overview of the current year’s budgeting
process and an update on the financial status of the Town with regards to property values for board
discussion.
2. Sales Tax review and updated, discussion of the same.
Finance Director Aguilera presented a summary level overview of the Sales Tax Confidentiality Report
provided by the State Comptroller for board discussion and other assigned projects were discussed.

Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
