Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4A Meeting at 6:30 P.M., on
Monday, April 9, 2007, at the Trophy Club MUD Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
A.1 Call to order and announce a quorum.
A.2 Citizen Presentations: this is an opportunity for citizens to address the Economic Development
Corporation 4A on any matter whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board is not
permitted to take action on or discuss any presentations made to the Board at this time
concerning an item not listed on the agenda. The Board will hear presentations on specific
agenda items prior to the Board addressing those items.
A.3 Review and approve minutes from the November 27, 2006 EDC4A meeting.
A.4 Discuss and make recommendations concerning the budget with regards to current and future
financial obligations and fund balances.
A.4 Discuss and take action on the funding request for Pool Improvements and Upgrades
submittal.
A.6 Schedule future agenda items:
Future planning with sport associations included on future funding discussions
Comprehensive Park Plan
A.7 Next meeting scheduled for May 21, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
A.8 Adjourn.

The Economic Development Corporation 4A Agenda was prepared in accordance with the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, and was posted on April 5, 2007, at approximately 5:00 pm. This
facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodations or
interpretive services must be made 48 hours prior to this meeting. Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the
