Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4A Meeting at 6:30 P.M., on
Monday, July 23, 2007, in the Trophy Club Public Services Conference Room, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas.
A.1 Call to order and announce a quorum.
A.2 Citizen Presentations: this is an opportunity for citizens to address the Economic Development
Corporation 4A on any matter whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board is not
permitted to take action on or discuss any presentations made to the Board at this time
concerning an item not listed on the agenda. The Board will hear presentations on specific
agenda items prior to the Board addressing those items.
A.3 Review and approve minutes from the November 27, 2006, March 26, 2007, April 9, 2007 and
the June 11, 2007 EDC4A meetings.
A.4 Review and approve financial statements
a. March 2007
b. April 2007
c. May 2007
d. June 2007
A.5 Sports Associations and Town Staff to discuss future field and facility needs with regards to
possible EDC4a funding.
A.6 Discuss and make recommendations concerning the presentation by the Towns Sports
Associations.
A.7 Discuss and make recommendations concerning the budget with regards to current and future
financial obligations and fund balances.
A.8 Discuss and take action on the proposed 07/08 EDC4A budget.
A.9 Town Staff to discuss current and future Parks and Recreation operations.
A.9 Schedule future agenda items:
Comprehensive Park Plan
A.10 Next meeting scheduled for August 27, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
A.11 Adjourn.

The Economic Development Corporation 4A Agenda was prepared in accordance with the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, and was posted on July 20, 2007, at approximately 5:00 pm. This
