Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4A Meeting at 6:30 P.M., on
Monday, October 22, 2007, in the Trophy Club Public Services Conference Room, 100 Municipal
Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
A.1 Call to order and announce a quorum.
A.2 Citizen Presentations: this is an opportunity for citizens to address the Economic Development
Corporation 4A on any matter whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board is not
permitted to take action on or discuss any presentations made to the Board at this time
concerning an item not listed on the agenda. The Board will hear presentations on specific
agenda items prior to the Board addressing those items.
A.3 Discuss and take action on the allocation of EDC4A funds for the construction of Beck Field #4
as requested by Town Council.
A.4 Town staff to discuss current and future Parks and Recreation operations.
A.5 Board to discuss and take action on the possible placement of a Board Member on the Carter
& Burgess planning task force.
A.6 Schedule future agenda items:
A.7 Next meeting scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
A.8 Adjourn.

The Economic Development Corporation 4A Agenda was prepared in accordance with the Open Meetings Act,
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, and was posted on October 19, 2007, at approximately 5:00 pm.
